Ohio Baby Shower: Feb. 6, 2010

We really enjoyed celebrating the upcoming arrival of Koa with our family in Ohio. Joey's mom was able to join us as well! We were all suprised that we even made it due to the crazy snow coming down. Brian, Ashley, and Oakley drove all the way from Kansas and Annie was able to fly in from Kansas City. Amy was able to stay for two nights--thanks for taking care of the boys, Marc! What a treat to have my family and close friends together all at once!

There was so much snow that we had a hard time driving from Aunt Pam's house (where we stayed--Thanks Aunt Pam!) to my parent's house. As you can see, Amy and Christy, my cousin, had to shovel the car out of the snow!

So, after the shower, we couldn't pass up the opportunity to enjoy all of the snow that came down. Joey had spent the morning with Dad and Brian shoveling driveways, so it was time for some fun in the snow: sledding!
